2009 Old Year's Eve celebrations will have an added dramatic
flourish in the form of a powerful lunar eclipse in Cancer -
the second full moon of the month - and often referred to as
a Blue Moon. This is followed in January 2010 by a solar
eclipse in Capricorn on the 15th.
