Birthday
month could be a bit more eventful than usual, thanks to two
eclipses scheduled over the summer. As a result of a
lunar eclipse in Capricorn on the 26th
of June, Gemini’s can expect some major upheavals in
relation to shared property or finances, loans, taxes or
inheritances. With the Full Moon orbiting close to
Pluto, it is likely that treachery, deception or
jealousy could reveal themselves to be at work behind a
business deal or joint venture falling through, or
alternatively you could find some family skeletons finally
bursting out of the closet, perhaps at the reading of a
will. Whatever the case, it seems that events are likely to
affect you on a very deep emotional level – you may even
feel as though you are mourning the loss of someone or
something that has passed. At this time, it seems that your
self-esteem will be very much tied up with your job or
income – something that could take a bit of a knocking
during the course of events that unfold now. This is
because of a Moon-Pluto opposition to the Sun
and your ruler, Mercury, both in Cancer. On
top of all this, surprise developments involving
friends, charities or groups could further add to the mix –
for example, you may be shocked by a friend’s judgemental
attitude to your situation or by your change in social
standing. This is because of a square between
Pluto and Uranus-Jupiter, currently conjunct in
Aries. Alternatively, you could be touched by the
kindness of seemingly total strangers or assistance from
unexpected quarters that really helps you through tough
times. Also affecting the situation will be Saturn in
late Virgo, making
a square angle both to
Moon-Pluto and Uranus-Jupiter. This could lead to
difficulties
at home, especially if financial losses affect your ability
to provide for your family or indeed, threaten the security
of your home or lifestyle. Whatever happens, be prepared for
an about-face in early July when Uranus
retrogrades, leading to a brief return to old ways of
being and seeing, or indeed a change of heart. A week later,
a solar eclipse on July the 11th
seems to get things moving again in the money and jobs
department – perhaps a family member will step in and
present you with a loan or help you find a new job. An
influential male relative could even offer to underwrite
you, or provide you with medical treatment or a testimonial
which could help you get back on track. However, be prepared
to make some major changes to the way you handle shared
finances - efforts to pay back loans, reform your borrowing
habits or improve your credit rating are all likely to pay
off in the long term. |
